We’ll start with a virtual 60-minute initial session to take a deep dive into your nutrition, training, and lifestyle. From there, we will meet every other week to track progress, fine-tune your fueling strategy, and troubleshoot anything that comes up along the way. 3-month commitment required.

Personalized Race Day Fueling & Hydration Plan

No more guessing or bonking on race day! Together, we’ll create a detailed fueling plan that outlines exactly what, when, and how much to eat and drink based on your training, preferences, and race logisticsβ€”so you can toe the line feeling confident and ready.

Ongoing Support

You’ll have private messaging access for questions, motivation, and accountability whenever you need it. I respond Monday through Thursday, ensuring you always get timely, personalized support throughout your training journey.
