We’ll start with a 60-minute kickoff session to take a deep dive into your nutrition, training, and lifestyle. From there, you’ll have two 30-minute follow-up sessions/week to track progress, fine-tune your fueling strategy, and troubleshoot anything that comes up along the way.
Personalized Race Day Fueling & Hydration Plan
No more guessing or bonking on race day! Together, we’ll create a detailed fueling plan that outlines exactly what, when, and how much to eat and drink based on your training, preferences, and race logistics—so you can toe the line feeling confident and ready.

I’ll teach you how to combine Intuitive Eating principles with sports nutrition strategies so you can eat with confidence—without obsessing over numbers or tracking apps. Macro counting can be helpful from time to time!
