Cortney is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Running Coach with a passion for helping runner fuel intentionally, train intelligently, and perform at their highest potential. With a background rooted in clinical nutrition and a deep understanding of sports science, she takes a personalized, evidence-based approach to coaching that bridges the gap between what your body needs and how you train.

They’re on Tuesdays at 12 PM Eastern Time. If you can’t attend, no problem! You can submit questions ahead of time to the call and I will still answer any questions you have. All calls are recorded and uploaded within 24 hours for you to watch at your convenience.
